My name is Joakim and I’m half Dutch and half Norwegian. My life mission is to guide Men on their path of inner transformation. I see a lot of Men who are wearing masks all of the time, they pretend to have it all made but beneath the surface they are clearly suffering. Something magic happens when a Men finds the courage the finally take off his mask, his vulnerability becomes visible and you can see a deeply rooted strength that shines from his eyes. With the work that I do I would like to contribute to the creation of a new masculin paradigm, and when Men find the courage to embark on their inner journey their lives take rapid and unexpected turns. From a wounded boy who is looking for confirmation outside of himself, to an anchored Adult Men who is standing tall in his own truth. Through the practice of Breathwork, Ice Baths & Shamanism I host Men’s Gatherings where men can grow, evolve and transform together. And when brothers start empowering each other the impossible soon becomes possible.
